At Cigar Federation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your cigars or accessories, you may return them within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To ensure the highest quality, returned cigars must be in their original packaging and maintained at proper humidity levels.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring cigars are protected from damage and climate fluctuations during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our humidification experts inspect the returned items to confirm their condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
